Music Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in publishing with Shaw Music. We welcome submissions from composers whose work reflects our commitment to music that is artistic, worshipful, and accessible. We encourage you to browse our recent publications to become familiar with our catalog, and visit our About Shaw Music page to learn more about the company. Please read the following guidelines before submitting music for review.

• • If this is your first time submitting, a resume is helpful but not required.
  • We do not consider submissions that are currently under review by other publishers.
  • Please submit 1–2 representative works that best reflect your compositional voice and craftsmanship.
  • Review times vary; please allow 2–3 months for a response, though we may reply sooner.
  • Recordings are not required, but you may include them if they are high quality.
  • Please submit a PDF of the score. If your work is accepted for publication, we will contact you regarding engraving files if needed.
