Submissions for Publication

Music Submission Guidelines

• Shaw Music publishes artistic, worshipful, accessible sacred music. Review our recent publications to become familiar with what we publish. Our About Us page is also a good place to familiarize yourself with Shaw Music.
• If this is your first time submitting music to Shaw Music, a resume is helpful though not required.
• We do not consider submissions that are currently under review by other publishers.
• Please submit only 1-2 pieces representative of your best work.
• We may reply quickly, but please allow 2-3 months for us to review your work.
• Recordings are not required, though you are welcome to submit recordings if they are of good quality.
• Please submit a PDF of the score. If your work is accepted for publication, we will contact you about receiving your engraving files, should they be needed.
