For Passion/Palm Sunday, here is a setting of the German chorale HERZLICH TUT MICH VERLANGEN (“O Sacred Head, Now Wounded“). This could be played on either piano or organ. Bach uses the chorale throughout his St. Matthew Passion, each time with a different harmonization. You can hear those four settings here:
